TIGERS GOING UNDEFEATED!!!!!!
Actually, so far I'm surprised by how well this team is looking. I like the fact that we are not a "Homerun or bust" type of team, hell we have to be close to leading the league in hits and I know before yesterday we were #1 in Run differential which is good to see.

Re: MLB 2015
I'm also curious regarding the starting pitching.
What is the Tigers starting pitching stats versus the opponents starting pitching stats.
I saw the stat on Thursday where Tigers starting pitchers had like 6 1/3 more innings pitched but like 12 less pitches then the Twins, plus like 10 less hits and 15 less earned runs. I'm curious as to where that stat is now because it seems like every game by the 3rd inning the opponent pitcher is in the 70's already pitch count wise.
Little things like that give me hope for this team when I really wasn't all that confident going into the season. (As I type this House gets pulled in the 2nd after 63 pitches)

you do realize your line up is insane right? you have decent pitching, good hitting, I think bullpen is where you need help

Re: MLB 2015
Matt Harvey is still just killing it
Side note.
I've been watching the women's softball tourny on ESPN and I think the MLB can learn a thing or two from softball to speed up the game and increase scoring
1. no mound for pitches
2. make ball parks smaller
3. maybe make it 7 innings instead of 9 (blashphamy I know)

Re: MLB 2015
O'mazing!! Just watched a killer game between the O's and the Rays. Miggy pitched a solid 8 and O'Day about gave me a heartattack loading the bases with no outs and then striking out 2 before a groundball to 3rd and Manny touching 3rd right before the runner got there, Then bottom of the 9th JJ getting the game winning single with 2 outs and the crowd just going wild. Chris Davis has also been hot getting another homer and we need that stroke going now. Don't usually get a chance to catch a whole game but something tells me this is where the O's turn the corner and start rockin the house.
ALEast you are on alert.

Jays are playing the dangerous game of coming up clutch to win games. But it's working right now. Starting pitching has been doing better lately so things have been going better. But damn if they slip again, might be time to can some people. Jays trainers must be the worst in the league because every year we lose a bunch of players to injuries

Iwatched some games as a kid(1983 World Series win was my favorite) but I really got into the game during the 1989 WhY Not season where we went from worst team to winning our division but yep 1994 killed me and then the O's losing for like 20 yrs straight and now my bandwagon ass is back on the train.

The Jays always seem to have the O's #. It seems like we do better against the rest of the division. Batista and Encarnacion(spel chek) might be the best 3-4 hitters in the league. Its too bad the O's let Cruz walk or we could have rivaled with Jones and Cruz.

Re: MLB 2015
Sox suck. No surprise.
Anyways, over the weekend, a woman in the crowd at Fenway was critically hurt when she was hit with a broken bat. Discussions range from leave nets alone it rarely happens since MLB bat regulation changes 2 yrs ago, nets all the way to 3rd and nets all the way down the sides.
I say leave them. Its part of the game. Foul balls and wayward bats can be deadly. There are plenty of seats available that you have zero chance of both happening. I can see how NHL did it behind the goals. Thats a small black puck in a poorly lit arena, baseball stadiums are huge well it places with larger white balls or 2 foot long sections (but extremely sharp) of bats. People forget its a dangerous game of high speed physics.

Ya the whole bat thing is sad but it's gonna happen. Unless we start putting glass or netting all along the fence so nothing can hit fans, it's gonna happen. Also, I don't want to put the blame on the woman, but if something is coming at me, I'm putting my hands up to protect my head. I have a hard time believing the bat flew at her so fast that she couldn't get out of the way or block it with her hand. I think she just wasn't paying attention.

O's lost today but still took 5 of 6 against the Yanks and Sox. Not bad. Got us back in it. Hold on I hear a rumbling train. Yikes!! Toronto's won 11 in a row.

I don't know what to think about it because I've heard a lot of conflicting stuff where it's no so much spying as an accident and that the astros know it's an accident but the guy left so they want to smudge his reputation

What I've heard so far is that the GM for the Astros was an ex Cardinals employee before getting his new gig and that the Cardinals just kept trying diffrent passswords that they knew this guy used until they hit it. I do not believe this was an accident. Its just crazy that the FBI is involved.
Side note the O's cranked out 8 HRs last night which broke their personal record and I was lucky enough to catch the 1st 2 innings. Wish I could have caught more especially since I watch maybe about 1 game a week on average but 3:00 in the morning is awful early man to have to get up. lol. Also what happened to the Phillies I always thought they were a top team.

I don't know why you'd spy on the astros of all teams. I get they were old divisional rivals but it's not like they're the best team or even have good ownership and management
