I disagree. Hasselbeck, McNabb, and Flacco aren't better than Manning. Romo is in the same league as Eli.

I disagree. Hasselbeck, McNabb, and Flacco aren't better than Manning. Romo is in the same league as Eli.
Eli is decent.
Not Top 10 but better than Hasselbeck and McNabb for sure. I'd take Eli over those two any day.
NOTE: I'm talking about Hass and McNabb now, not 5 years ago when they were good.

I'd give McNabb another year..he had a 92.9 QB rating in 2009(his last year in Philadelphia)..as a Redskins fan I can say he was screwed over by the lack of talent in Washington. He MAY be a 'falling star', but first lets see what he can do with decent receivers and Adrian Peterson.

A good list.
But isn't your homerism lowering Flacco a little much? He's not THAT bad. If he's an "unproven rising star" then why isn't Matt Ryan there too? I'd put Flacco in the 3rd or 4th Tier and replace him in the 5th with Kolb.
