It's a war dance. You're supposed to do it in front of the enemy (the other team) not crammed into a small locker room.
It would have been impressive if it had been on the field. 53 people on the team screaming and shouting at you. I would have shit myself.
Fuck, even 15 people doing it before a rugby game is scary as hell!

Can't do it in the US. Too damn intimidating for the rules. They hit up any team at any level with a personal foul if we do that here.
