No they are probably the best hip hop group of all time. They aint around anymore but were relatively popular in the 90s.

A Tribe called Quest are right there with NWA,Public Enemy,and the Wu,who besides their first album are highly overrated when it comes to what they've done as a group,though their individual albums are great.And Wiz was good when he was undergroud,he kinda sucks now
