but the new RT Austin Howard was facing the BEST Pass Rusher on your team ( charles Johnson ) and he smothered him, Johnson was a non factor, i like what i saw from Howard

for as much people bitch about sanchez, he looked good tonight, no dumb mistakes and made solid reads. What bothers me is the lack of a run game but I'll wait til the season starts.

Wilson on the other hand should be the starter, he has balled out this preseason and last season. He just looks smooth out their playing.

as for flynn? hey you were a 7th round pick and played good as a back up, the fact you make 8 to 10 million the next 3 years is a fucking miracle. consider yourself lucky

Flynn will stay as a back up for now. Yes they gave him some decent money but its just barely over what a back up QB typically makes.

...i see Russell Wilson being benched by week 4 and Matt flynn will light up the Vikes in week 5 , then get pummeled into submission by the Jets in week 6, thus ending any QB controversey and Wilson will be back playing by week 8

our defense looks SOOOOO nasty this year. I am feeling like a 92 eagles, 86 bears, or 75 steelers where we dont win a ton but people fear the D.

Lol at Flynn even being good.

He had one good game, against 2 injured CB's a missing starter at Safety, and the #1 CB was Alphonso Smith, who gave up 8 catches for 100+ yards and 2 TD's in the first half alone, before being benched for an injured Chris Houston and a WR.

The Lions secondary was the walking dead that day, we could have gone to Wisconsin and picked up some better secondary players that day.
