Do I need to bring the whole thread up? I said it was hard being a jets fan because every day they are in the newspaper, TV, online, and radio getting trashed and shit. Mark Sanchez getting thrown under the bus, Tebow being publically given the starting job 100 days before camp started by the media. I went through the same thing with notre dame a few times where people rail them and rick reily said they need to go to a lower level of football.

It gets insainly tiresome to watch, read, and listen to just negative and trumped up stories and opinions on shit they dont know. To listen to how bad sanchez is and how tebow will win over the fans for 100 something days.

Who else am I going to root for. I said I was an eagles fan when I was really little but I didnt like Reid, McNabb, or the Defense. Giants, my dad is a giants fan and I hate him. The jets are my default team, during the lockout they practiced at my schools field because their facility is across the street.

Dont try and say I "Gave up on my team" because I am a fan. its not my team, its the team I root for and enjoy watching. It was such a pain in the ass to be a jets fan and hear all the shit.

What did the lions hear all offseason? a CB get cut for getting arrested and Suh being dirty. Thats it, once and a while you'd hear the lions but the jets were nation wide news every fucking day...
