I liked pollard though. From what I've been reading, pollard and reed were both in on the "mutiny" so to speak last season, and are not afraid to challenge harbaugh and his authority. So maybe it was a little better to release him.

Also, the more and more I think about the whole reed situation, the more and more I think it may be better just to let him go. Hes getting old, hes injured, he can't tackle anymore (just one arm attempts a bunch of tackles and fails), hes lost his reed-ness. Maybe its better to find the next reed and move on...

I just don't understand how they expect us to compete if they add no players via free agency. The bucs go out and get Goldson, apparently in trade talks with Revis, last year they snag Vincent Jackson. The falcons now have Roddy, Julio, Jackson, and Gonzales. How the fuck we suppose to compete with this.
