Re: NHL Free Agency
Might be getting Weiss to.
I'm waiting to see who over pays for Filpulla.
Dan Cleary's looking like he is gone. As is Brunner.

Re: NHL Free Agency
Alfredsson and Weiss.
Not, bad.
Better than paying Filpulla $25 million over 5 years.
Sorry Capt, I loved Filp, but he's not worth $5 million a year, more like $3 tops. If he really wanted to be, he could be a great point getter and goal scorer, but he just doesn't do it.
Maybe a change of scenery will help.

Re: NHL Free Agency
Flames got no one. Leafs got Clarkson and Bozak back. Damn that's gonna be a tough lineup now. And Iggy to Boston LOL wow

Re: NHL Free Agency
I find it interesting that the 2 free agents the Wings got were from Ottawa and Florida, 2 teams that will be in their division next season.
Alfie and Weiss are familiar with the Eastern Conference teams and should help us adjust to the playing style in the Eastern Conference.
On one hand I'm happy there are no more 10:30 games, but on the other hand, I know I'ma miss them games.
