Where local high schools basically tell me to go fuck myself for trying to coach even though I have solid, offense, defense, and special teams playbooks, willing to be a positional coach, work for free, and know virtually every single fucking detail about the game. Kids love me, I substitute teach, college football experience, etc. etc. etc.

Being a volunteer sucks and I want a coordinator position. I was a DC for about an hour then the HC got fired and became a DL coach where I have no power.

Are these guys afraid of me or something? do they see a young guy who has so much coaching upside they don't want to get replaced? I am not trying to be arrogant and have a big head saying I will be the best coach of all time but this cannot be how shit works out for me when it comes to getting a real coaching job.

FYI, the playbook isnt for the kids, its my notes. I don't believe is paper playbooks for kids. They learn on the field

dude, the shit to get certified is like mind melting. I am learning 1 new thing for every 9 things that make me say "WHO DOESN'T KNOW THAT SHIT?"

although I do like the perks you get like the wristband thing you can print out and stuff
