Sports World Forums Heisman Vote
During the regular season for college football I think we should vote for our Heisman favorite.
Everyone makes a list of 5 players who they think should be on the Heisman watch list. Then we will adjust the standings of said player weekly, who is rising, who is falling, etc.
WEEK 1 HEISMAN RANKINGS:
1. Junior RB Todd Gurley, Georgia
198 rushing yards 3 TDs, 100 Return yards 1 TD
2. Sophomore QB Kenny Hill, Texas A&M
44-60, 73.3% 511 yards 3 TD
3. Sophomore QB Jameis Winston, Florida State
Passing: 25-40, 62.5% 370 yards 1 TD
Rushing: 9 Yards, 1 TD
4. Junior QB Marcus Mariota, Oregon
Passing:14-20, 70% 267 yards, 3 TD
Rushing: 43 yards, 1 TD
5. Junior RB Melvin Gordan, Wisconsin
Rushing: 140 Yards 1 TD
Season Standings:
Gurley 12 points
Kenny Hill 11 points
Winston 9 points
Mariota 8 points
Melvin Gordan 2 points
Anu Soloman 2 points
Rakeem Cato 1 point
TJ Yeldon 1 point
Ameer Abdullah 1 point

Realized Mariota went for almost 300 yards, 4 total Tds off only 14 passes. Hella efficient.

Re: Sports World Forums Heisman Vote
my week 2 picks
1. Marcus Mariota - against a good defense, looked good
2. Jameis Winston - didn't play a real opponent this week so...no reason to take him out
3. Everet Golson - two straigh great performances, he keeps it up, could be a special season
4. Todd Gurly - did nothing to lose his spot in my top 5
5. Kenny Hill - cupcake opponent, no reason to drop him. After seeing ECU torch S. Car, his 511, 3tds are THAT impressive
EDIT:
Honerable Mentions
-Tayson Hill BYU
- James Connor Pitt
