NFL Draft 2015
The losers bracket!
Alright, let's get this started.
What do you people think of the QB's in this draft class.
Mariota is #1, but he is coming from a bad system to judge QB's from, but seems to have the shorter accuracy and the leadership you want.
Winston, I think is dumber than a box of rocks and he looked terrible in the playoff game, I also don't know how successful he will be when he won't be able to scramble, he's not fucking Cam Newton out there.
Outside of those two, who are your big names?
Brett Hundley, how, I believe has underperformed for years at UCLA.
I know, Epic and I, really like Rakeem Cato as a late round pick, but he's not going to be an everyday starter right out of the gate, if ever.
Which QB really has a chance to stand out and make some noise in the NFL?

Re: NFL Draft 2015
I don't know if Mariota comes out.
Winston is #1. Book it
Hundley is a 1st rounder but I think he is this year's Tannehill. Funky QB, moderate success, pro coach to vouch for him
I think this class is more deep on the defensive side than it is on the offensive side. Last year, WR was deep, this year, front 7 players. A good amount of pass rushers like Ray from mizzu.
O-line is thin, WR is thin, RB is deep
So expect 3 QBs in the 1st round, no RBs, 1 or 2 wrs, and probably 3-4 O-linemen. I see a few guys getting over drafted
1. Winston - Bucs
2. Mariota - Titans (Maybe)
3. Cooper - Jags
4. Leonard Williams - Raiders
5. Devon White - Skins
6. Hundley - Jets
7. Shane Ray - Bears
8. Fowler - Falcons
9. Brandon Sheff - Giants
10. Landon Collins - Rams

Re: NFL Draft 2015
I like mariota but look at the teams that need QB and look at the coach for those teams.
I think he should wait a year, keep developing, and double down and see if the situation improves with teams that want him

Re: NFL Draft 2015
The fact that the top 3 QB's are Winston, Mariota and Hundley is a joke of how bad this QB class is.
Mariota is the best of the three and I don't think anyone is super confident in him being a good pro.

I don't blame you but new coach + new GM = "let's take a qb with our 1st pick"
I don't hate geno, i like him, I really want to see how he does with an offensive guy and with better weapons like a full year with Percy under his belt, a more experienced amarro, etc.
I think the owner is so in tune with the press and when the press says, "geno sucks" the owner says, "who do we replace him with" and means it literally. He did the same thing with sanchez, pennington.

Geno showed improvement although it was too late to save the season, he needs reliable targets, we have Decker but he was hurt quite a bit this season and i doubt we keep Harvin with his 10 million dollar cap hit, he just isnt worth that much money...if Dorial Beckham didnt have soo much baggage i would love to get him..6'6 240lbs runs a 4.2 forty and he can catch? but it could be another Josh Gordon situation with him...I say we take Cooper, safer bet and the kid can play

There are some good WR's in the top half of the draft you can get
Cooper
My man from ECU and I think it's Parker (?) from Louisville.
Maybe draft a Devin Funchess at WR/TE? He was considered a 1st rounder going into the year, but dropped because of poor play and poor team performance. Has some drop issues.
Re: NFL Draft 2015
I don't think Tampa is drafting a QB.
Let's get it out of the way, everyday leading up to the draft we are going to hear about Winston going to Tampa and staying in Florida and yada yada yada, just like Tebow and Jacksonville.
But this is Lovie Smith, he hates QB's. I think Tampa goes O-line or defense, and picks up a free agent QB to compete with for the season. Hell we might see Sexy Rexy back in play!
Tennessee is the only other team outside of St. Louis I really see looking for a QB in the top 10 and I think if Mariota comes out and he is there at 2, they will take him.
But I'm almost guaranteeing Tampa doesn't take a QB.

yea there are some studs this year but the only 2 guys that really stand out to me ( worthy of being the 6th pick ) are Cooper and Beckham....if both those guys are gone, then i say trade down and pick up some extra picks and take one of those other guys

Oh yeah, 6th pick your looking at Cooper and only Cooper IMO
Re: NFL Draft 2015
Cooper from bama and white from WVU are the top 2 wrs. beckham from mizzu isn't a 1st rounder. 2nd? maybe. I think most teams look at him and say 3rd or 4th because of the baggage, the fact he hadn't played in a year, and when he did, he played in a funky offense where literally he knew how to run 2 routes, slant or go.

he doesn't have a 4.2 time, we'll see how fast he runs at the combine, that shit is official
I was listed in my teams football roster as 6'3 310 my senior year, i was 5'11 and 280. Teams lie to make their kids look like beasts

his baggage is a bit excessive and i tend to agree he doesnt run a 4.2 ..nothing on film shows that speed but he is listed at it...i would love it if he fell to us in the 3rd but i just doubt it

We need corners, we need O-linemen, if we get 1 or 2 "game breakers" at WR in the draft, awesome. But we need to get depth on this roster. I mean we were 20-30 million under the cap last year. That means the GM gives no fucks

lets HOPE the GM gives no fucks lol...i was thinking we address CB and OLB in Free Agency, draft some young talent at WR,Oline and a SOLID SPEEDY Safety in the draft..im so sick and tired of watching slow ass Dawan Landry getting beat deep, the dude is only good if its a pass to TE or HB

You can easily get White from WVU in the mid 1st or wait and get DGB from mizzu in the 2nd round or later

look at the track history of WRs taken 1st wr in their draft. They're are great players but they don't ever win anything. If you dump all that shit onto 1 guy, you have holes in your TEAM. I'd rather have a Ravens, Pats, etc type team where I am overall good and lack huge names. You need WRs but you have a good WR, a decent TE, work on depth, not flash
