Dead period of the year so I want your opinions on the movie Rudy.

Personally I think it's the worst movie ever created. Movie sucks and promotes sucking. It has literally ruined America and turned them into a bunch of Pussies

I think it promotes following your dream, even if you don't fulfill the dream you may have set, the mere act of chasing it and accomplishing it to some degree makes you a better person... Except with Rudy who then became a wall street scum bag after the film and his football career was over.

you're just mad because the closest thing michigan has to Rudy is Sam McGuffie who lasted all of what...1 season before transferring to Rice?

Watched it once and wouldn't watch it again. It's one of those obvious movies where you know what's going to happen next. "Oh lemme guess, he'll make it on the team... OHHHH WHAT A SURPRISE!"

What? Jordan Kovacs sir. Walk on player who became a starter for like 3 years. McGuffie was a highly recruited running back, that doesn't make sense.

The point is, Rudy was garbage and everyone felt bad for him because he sucked, so they let him play because they were pussies.
