Brees- Brees wont cost your team the game like Favruh would. Brees is also a 70% passer so I know he'll get the ball where he needs to.

Of course people will pick Brees, he just broke Marino's record. where as Favre hasn't played in almost a year not, and his last year was arguably once of his worst

I think that argument on ESPN was about the two quarterbacks in their respective primes.

If we compared one of Favre's best seasons, 2009, against Brees, I might have to go with Favre. I'm not gonna blame him for that interception to Tracy Porter in the 2009 game, time was running down on 3rd and long and he had to try to make something happen.
