Its assholeism like this that normal people questioned why we sent all that money to rebuild NO. It was a shit hole filled with mostly shitty people anyways. Its a dump that is below water level and should have been abandoned and turned into a port. Not giving millions to shitty people who live shitty lives only to run down their new buildings in their nice new neighborhoods. Check the web, most of these pristine well built communities/housing built less than 5 yrs ago are already dumps due to the people who live there and their expectations of getting everything handed to them.
