I'm very satisfied from the Seahawks win.

But good god was the game chippy as hell. there were a few plays that had four penalties on them.

I just hope Mebane's hip injury isnt serious. That big fucker is a key piece to the seahawks defensive line.

@Nef: thanks for keeping the NFC West title warm for the Seahawks.

thats the best thing the Jets have done all season, keeping Rex...i can gurentee you that IF Rex was fired, he would be labeled as the best available HC candidate in the league...i remeber a few years back they did a poll and asked like 100 random players from various teams which coach they would love to play for if they could.... like 94% said Rex Ryan
