Cro got released. I am kind of bummed out. He was a good CB for us. A few too many PI penalties but we get some 9-10 million in cap space.

his hip injury really bothered him last year, also he will be 30 when the season starts, rumors have it that the Jets are signing alteraun Verner, younger faster better cover guy than cro, plus we save almost 10 million in cap hits

yea but i think 2-3 years left in his game realistically. there is always a chance we bring him back as a lower price. Wilson and Milliner are average, extremely average CBs. Struggle with man but are better in zone.

yup, and hopefully tommorow we will see the end of the not so great Sanchize in NY, im fully expecting him to be cut as well as Mike Goodson, that will free up almost 12 million more in cap space..the Jets are geared to be huge players in Free Agency this year..lets add CB Alturaan Verner, WR Golden Tate and maybe a playmaking LB like Lamaar Woodley altho i feel Woodley has lost a step but hes still better than our other option which is Calvin Pace

i kinda agree but Tate is more of a fit for Geno, rember back in college Geno was throwing to Tavon austin and stedman Bailey, both of those guys are same mold as Tate...also i kinda like the idea of Hakeem Nicks coming to NY from the Giants..we definetly need a true #1

Geno was just used to throwing to certain areas in college, not certain guys. in an air raid system, there are 2 passing route combos for each side of the field. one to defeat a certain coverage. One side is good against cover 2, the other be good against cover 3.

Geno needs a big 6'3 to 6'6 WR who can go up and get the ball in FA. We have 1-2 slot guys already. We get another WR or even a TE in the draft to go with the new weapons and help Geno throw to guys who aren't shitty at their job.
