Bengals @ Lions Pre-1

Ok 24-3 Lions at the half. Andy Dalton threw an interception on his first pass. Yup, all part of the gameplan. We make them think we suck but then our backups come in and rape!

Lol Called the Zac Robinson TD pass right when he threw it, and I was SHOCKED that they called Burleson out of bounds. I could see it from across the field that he was in/close enough to review. You could tell by the way he dragged his feet.

Overall, meh. It's preseason, doesn't mean shit. Doesn't mean I'm not happy that Stafford was 6-7 with 1 drop with some beautiful passes to Calvin and Nate. Disappointed that they couldn't get the run game going, it looked like they didn't even try to run in a power formation with the starters in there (I think they stayed in the shotty while Stafford was in there.) But I did like what Ian Johnson showed, he looked like he was hitting the hole hard and I would want to see him running behind the 1st string O-line just to see what he does. Derrick Wiliams (Was getting great hype out of camp) made 2 drops, you see Stanton go over to him and be like (Fuck it dog, you got this) Then caught to dimes in a row. He's going to have to be more consistent. But overall, can't complain. The Touchback stuff did bother me, just from sitting in the seat and saying "Man that kickoff looks a lot further down the field than before." But it looked like it broke out for bigger plays if the returner actually came out. And on the last kickoff (I think after the last FG for Det) the Cincy returner didn't have a guy within 25 yards of him (he was about 5 or 6 deep in the endzone) but he just said "ahh fuck it, I'll take a knee" which was stupid, kind of like he was gunshy.
