Schaub or Stafford?

Simple, do I start Stafford or Schaub this week? My TE is Owen Daniels which makes me want to go with Scaub but they both did crap for me last week.
Another question while Im at it, pick 2 of 3: Jeremy Maclin, Legarrette Blount, Steve Smith (CAR). Deciding between a WR and flex spot.

Maclin - vs Falcons D
Blount - vs Vikings D
Smith - vs Packers D
That said, Id go with Stafford and Maclin..... but then again, who has the weaker Secondary? The dolphins just got thrown on for 500 some yrds, so you may be better off going with Schaub...
