NBA 2K12 My Player mode looks AMAZING!

THAT SHIT IS CRAZY! Make your own jump shot, contracts, better interviews, hall of fame! All this stuff looks just incredible. This is light years ahead of any other my player mode in any sports game!

I'm new to NBA games and I love these Superstar modes in games (except Madden's piss poor effort) but 2K11's mode was kind of hard.

My player couldn't shoot for shit and neither could anyone else on my team.
Defending was a pain in the ass

You couldn't tweak the sliders and the lowest difficulty was 'Pro' (I was barly good at Rookie in standard matches, let alone Pro).

I rarely got above D grade and I'd never have got to the NBA (i'd have spent my career in the Minors).

You usually can't shoot well in the beginning. What you need to do is play as a playmaker, passing around the ball. Good way of adding to your team rating is to set a bunch of screens lol.
