This little goodie has been my go to forum at least once a day. It so full of assholes who act innocent and just dont know why they would be suspended/banned from XBL. They have never done anything and are some of teh most respectable people online. Its always teh same clowns who talk shit all game only to find out they modded thier XBOX so they have auto-aim and such. HAHA.

Here one of my personal favs. This idiot acts like hes his parent and still types words like "plz' and says "p.s i will do any thing for you to uban him". Sounds real adult like to me!

It seems kind of, sickening, that XBL can actually take somebodies money, and then ban them. Of course what they are doing is against the rules but hey, I think anything longer then a 6 month ban is a little much.

Ok what if they do it again? Or never learn their lesson? The ToS is there before you sign up and clearly forbids any modding or behavior that is against Microsofts ToS. These people know that when they sign up, if they cant bother to read or follow the terms of service, than imo, they shouldnt be allowed to use the service. They are ruining another Live users gaming experience by modding, hacking, glitching, whatever.

Is there a point when a 6 month ban isnt enough? Im sorry if I seem like Im yelling at you or anything, I just feel strongly about cheaters and moders that do said thing ruining the gaming experience.

That is true. But I think a second chance should be a possibility. Like you give them a 6 month warning, and if they do it again, for good.

6 month suspension is too much. They'd have just made a new account to play online with.

For the most part, it's just the account which gets banned. It's only very serious crimes like JTagging which gets the console banned so that any future account is unable to connect to LIVE.

And besides, most of the hacking scum on LIVE never learn from their mistakes. They assume MS are morons which is why the suspension forum is full of people pleading their innocence when they know full fucking well what they got banned for.

the best ones are the Halo Reach resets... lol they provide links to vids of the players cheating and Heat Maps and what not... fucking hilarious seeing the guy try to wriggle out of that....


I agree with MS's bans... Modders will never learn. Harassment is not acceptable especially when it comes to homophobic and racist slurs.
