Boxing work out

So ive taken the liberty of starting a club at my school. the fdu boxing/mma club (not a fan of MMA but we need them)

been doing boxing and shit and dude. my fucking arms are jacked as shit. ive been doing like maybe 20 minutes on a heavy bag, 10 to 15 on a speed bag, along with the usually running, jump rope, and sit ups.

boxers are by far the best trained/conditioned athletes on the face of the planet

I usually start up with a drill where we do 3 minutes or so on the heavy bag,then a minute of abdominal exercises,do that for about 20 minutes.Then work in some time with the double end bag,then some mitt drills and more conditioning exercise.End it with some more double end bag drills and I always feel like dying.
