Let us praise Lord. For Madden 13 will have a new broadcasting team.
Anything is better than Collinsworth.
Dat LinkMadden NFL 13 will feature a brand new announcers. The CBS duo of Jim Nantz and Phil Simms will call the action in the booth. Nantz does play-by-play while Simms provides analysis – the two will be entering their ninth year together this coming season. It’s unclear whether they will act as a second broadcast team or if they are replacing Gus Johnson and Cris Collinsworth but the likelihood is those two are being pushed out.
Anything is better than Collinsworth.

It will be cool if they had both sets do analysis to provide a little variety instead of the same thing every single game.

Yeah that's what i'm hoping for. We started seeing that back in the ps2 March Madness games with the NBC and CBS broadcasting teams. i couldnt care either way. What i've learned with madden and NCAA is that you should always turn the commentary off first thing. the only sports games i havent done that too is NBA 2k and The Show.

Judging by the title topic I though EA actually listened to us and gave us what we wanted instead of 3d grass and MUT "Gimme moar cash" gimmicks. Or they stopped spending billions in hype only to release a BETA and try to patch it once maybe twice, only to give up in 4 months and blame it on having to focus on next yr's title. You know, the same ol bullshit that we heard the yr before.
