Anyone seen it? I bought it because it was on sale. I guess it's pretty much The Iliad, which I'm in the middle of reading. Should be a good movie, if it's anything like the book.

Its a pretty good movies. I love seeing the two huge armies run at each other and collide.

Decent film, cant quite watch it hoping for accuracy to the iliad though

Brad Pitt's worst performance ever. Even worse than Mr and Mrs Smith.

Hes did his best Keanu Reeves impression in that movie. It just seemed very rushed. Like some1 said earlier, planes could be seen flying over head, tire tracks on the sand... just blah.

Maybe i was expecting something more "epic" (and I hate using that word) along the lines of 300 or even some of the Lord of the Rings battle scenes. I never had that feeling of helpless desperation as the book really expressed.

I was disappoint.

Oh I will, I know we "read" it in High School, but I know we didn't read the real, fully legit one.

I haven't finished the book yet, but I watched the movie today. It was a pretty good movie, but I like the book a lot better, and I loved the movie.
