Alright there are a ton of young QB's that are either the face of the franchise or fighting for a starting spot.

These are all the QB's that are either starters, or backups that have less than 3 years experience.

Cleveland Browns: Brandon Weeden
Indianapolis Colts: Andrew Luck
Jacksonville Jags: Blaine Gabbert
Tennessee Titans: Jake Locker
Washington Redskins: RGIII
Minnesota Vikings: Christian Ponder
Carolina Panthers: Cam Newton
Arizona Cardinals: John Skelton
St. Louis: Sam Bradford

Primary Backups:
New England Patriots: Ryan Mallett
New York Jets: Tim Tebow
Denver Broncos: Brock Osweiler
New York Jets: Greg McElroy (why not put him on here)
Houston Texans: T.J. Yates
Kansas City Chiefs: Ricky Stanzi?
Oakland Raiders: Terrelle Pryor
Philadelphia Eagles: Nick Foles
Washington Redskins: Kirk Cousins
San Francisco: Colin Kaepernick
Seattle Seahawks: Russel Wilson


As you can see, that's a lot of QB's.

Russell Wilson will take over his job and never look back,
Nick Foles, Vick may be coming to an end if he can't stay healthy
Ryan Mallet, Brady will probably be retired then.
Colin Kaepernick, Alex Smith isn't good, he'll get a shot
T.J Yates, idk.

Backups : Tebow

The worst QB that actually gets a chance to play will be Jake Locker

should also be interesting to see if Kellen Moore does anything within the next five years.
