Favre to mentor Newton?

Favre probably 'mentored' Rodgers a lot from 2005-2007..and then Favre played for different teams including a divisional rival for the next three years..and at this point Rodgers doesn't need mentoring.

I'm sure Favre definitely taught him a couple things, but Rodgers has openly said that Brett never really reached out to him and wasn't that enthusiastic about showing him the ropes after he was drafted in 2005. Favre probably wouldn't be the best player for a young QB to model their play after anyway, considering his suspect decision making at times over the course of his career.

..and at this point Rodgers doesn't need mentoring.

Rodgers obviously never received any real mentoring from Favre, because he hasn't released any dick pics, hasn't gone into and then out of retirement (3 times), and also hasn't made a living throwing game-ending pick-sixes.

Ray Lewis should mentor Cam Newton.. he's the best most awesome mentor of all time!! Right sna? I mean he did such a wonderful job with Sergio Kindle!
