See here, this is why we can't have nice things in the NFL. Like non illegal hits being legal. Seau knew the risk he was taking when he declared for the NFL. Or at least he should have known.

Let's just make the players sign a waiver "Warning, you may get life changing damage to your mind/body if you play this game, do you understand that risks?"
