Reed to join Texans...

Well, so long reed, its been a good ride.

On the other hand, it will be good to get someone young who plays a little better. Someone who can tackle, isn't injured (with a possible career ending injury), isn't slow, doesn't take stupid chances, etc.

Don't get me wrong, I like reed, but hes past his prime and its time for the ravens to move on. It would have been nice to see him a life-long raven, but it just didn't work out.

Have fun texans fans with a player whos a shell of what he once was...

I will miss him too, but ozzie wants to get younger, so thats one reason why they weren't really interested in signing him back (plus the price reed was asking).

I agree though, its time for another player to step up and lead this D. Looks like we will be drafting LB and S in the draft now, probably mostly D with a WR or OTackle thrown in there
