Online NCAA dynasty/Online Madden Franchise

I do believe I will be getting NCAA, Not 100% sure on madden.
Who is down for a NCAA dynasty for ncaa 12.
-dynasty will move fast, every other day. monday, wednesday, and friday
-I would like to have a realistic conference thing going on, I will most likely get real name rosters
-If we could, we could stay in one conference with teams so we play our human opponents more than the CPU
-simstyle only, cheese will get you booted
-coach contracts on
-xbox 360
-i would be the commish
-all game results would be posted on this site, sports center style. final score, top offensive/defensive performer, standings.
-could be one of the awards for the site. best record, best record against human opponents, champion (nat title), best recruiter, most improved. just ideas

@BP: i have a GTA gang with 5 or 6 guys in England and i live on the West coast... we play quite frequently so i'm sure time difference wont be an issue as long as both sides are willing to participate fully...
I'm up for it. It'd be interesting if we used my created teams as long as i edit them to cupcake rosters and edit the school's grades...

we can do two dynastys, one of normal realistic type stuff real rosters and one of created teams

It'd be pretty cool if we did a dynasty where we had to start off as coordinators at shitty schools (Eastern Michigan etc) and work our way up to HC at Texas or USC or Oregon or Bama...

me a d coordinator? dial up the blitz all day. i dont take a play off with that shit. im boring on offense. short passes, runs the ball a lot. its like having 2 different types of dogs on the same lease, a pitbull and a german shepherd. 1 is crazy and 1 does exactly what you say
