This is a disgrace! One of the worst calls of all time! A game that goes to 19 innings has to end like that. Wow this guy needs to be fired from baseball. It was either a bad judgement or an umpire that just wanted to go home

The entire city is ready to lynch jerry meals right now. If this happened in pittsburgh he wouldn't have made it out of pnc alive.

At least jim joyce apologized and seemed truly sorry for blowing the perfect game, jerry meals just shrugged it off and said "meh I guess it could have been wrong"

I watched that game for almost 7 hours, disgusting. I stayed on ESPN for conversation for about an hour and a half later and let me tell you, ppl want Meals dead.

Oh and hes working 3rd base tonight, right in front of the Pirates bench.

shit happens. but it was a bad call. How hard is it to have a guy we head phones sitting in the seats behind the plate. On the head phones someone watching replay.

If the manager comes out to argue a call. ump points to that guy. say "blah blah blah im a harry pussy" and they fix it or dont do shit

Is that hard?

He dead. But seriously, that was one of the worst calls in any sport! What if, the Pirates were to miss out on the playoffs (dare I say it) and Braves get in because of this?

When McNabb was on the Eagles, after losing the NFC championship game to Arizona. The Cardinals fans (a stupid few) destroyed his lawn in Arizona (dont know where exactly he lives). I dont even understand that one. The Cardinals won, why deface the losing team's quarterback's property?
