Im with you on that to a certain extent but the Jets have 2 really BIG needs

1. Pass Rushing OLB ...if Melvin Ingram is there at 16 they have to take him

2. Playmaking Safety ...Barron is the best in this class ( class is weak) but not worth more than Ingram

The good thing is it looks like alot of people will be drafting D this year, so that could open up the chance for the ravens to get M Floyd and a big bodied WR we've needed for awhile, but on the other hand I want Hightower to replace lewis.....

rumors are swirling on Jets forums about a possible trade for Jonathan Stewart...supposedly the Jets send Santonio Holmes and the Panthers send Stewart plus a 3rd...i would absolutly LOVE that trade, as long as we signed Braylon Edwards BEFORE we accepted it

i hate Santonio Holmes, maybe he would be happier in Carolina,they need another speedy WR, the Jets could definetly use a guy like Stewart, the Panthers have a full backfield, they would also be getting value as Holmes has proven he can play, I always liked Braylon better anyways, so this would be a win-win situation as far as Im concerned.

No thanks. We already have are speedster. David Gettis, 6'3 4.2-4.3ish. He had a promising rookie year when Clausen was at the helm but was side lined by injury last year. Hopefully he can come back and produce like we think he can. Besides we don't take locker room cancers.

Jets are one of the teams interested in Tebow

Lions signed Tulloch to a 5-year deal. I'm perfectly alright with that, gives us some consistency at the LB spot. I still think they may draft Dont'a Hightower to give a replacement for Justin Durant if/when his contract is up next year.

Other than that I think our top needs have become

I cant see him going anywhere where he wont start. I think hed be fine in Jacksonville. They have a great running game in MJD, decent WRS. I dont know about their oline...

Im thinking its too good to be true. Last year was his only bad season. Maybe he just wasnt a good fit for the 3-4 because he was a steady contributor each year before. Even in 2010 he only played 6 games and had 54 tackles

I was reading up on it and I guess Ryans had an achilles injury last season thats why he only played in 6 games, I personally think this is a great pick up for the Eagles, and it wasnt expensive at all, I wouldnt be suprised to see a Pro Bowl season from him this year....on a side note, the Texans have now gutted thier D, Super Mario is gone and now another Pro Bowl LB, Houston might be getting a little overconfident now that Manning isnt in that division.

That was 2 years ago. Last year he played all 16 but they said he was slow recovering, couple that with being in a defence that he wasnt suited for and you have his worst season where he had played 16 games. 64 tackles, not bad but wasnt up to his usual numbers. They said he was playing better towards the end of the season though so hopefully it will work out.

Tebow to the Jets. Broncos give Tebow and 7th round pick for jets 4th and 6th round pick.
