With the recent info to come out about how no more NCAA games will come out anytime soon, I saw this and put two and two together. If you cannot pay players, give them a free education, and you already have to pay for any medical bills the player accrue over their career, this is a compromise

Football, Baseball, basketball, any sport any gender. If you waive your likeness to a thing like a video game, the school will fit the bill for any insurance policy that covers you for any career ending injury.
