cleveland needs consistancy at the HC position. like they lead the league in changes since they came back into existance in 99. like dude...look at rex ryan. he goes 8-8 after a 8-8 and 6-10 year before that. he is fired if he coaches in cleveland.

Anyone read the article on NFL.com? Sounds like most of the team is in mutiny stage. Veterans are speaking out about the firing and how hey didn't like it. Calling out the front office on not giving the guy atleast more than a year. To be honest, its kind of funny   The players are saying the same things we are and its pretty sad when the players seem to have more common sense than the front office. No wonder no one likes to go or be drafted by the browns. At this rate, I don't see the browns winning big at all in the forseeable future, if their front office can't even be reasonable and give chances to people instead of playing carousel.

2001 - 2004 Butch Davis 24-34 (fired midseason) - The guy who took over the best college team ever?
2004 - 2004 David Robiskie 1-5 - He was just an interim, I don't blame him
2005 - 2008 Romeo Crennel 24-40 - Trying to bring back them Bellichick days back in 1995 hmm?
2009 - 2010 Eric Mangini 10-22 - Still trying? at least he was consistent
2011 - 2012 Pat Shurmur 9-23 -He never called a play under Reid
2013 - 2013 Rob Chudzinski 4-12 - He sucked as an OC, why make him a HC?

What I see is not only do they not sign the right coach, they say "hey we hired the wrong coach" fire them quickly only to hire another wrong coach. Shit, the texans gave Capers 4 years and Kubiack 8 years. Detroit gave Schwarts 5 years.
