lol, im so happy to hear about this, i was getting nervous that we may actually sign this washed up bum but instead the Jets did the right thing and signed The Sanchize to a 3 year extension...very smart move

Rex has always stated that Sanchez is going to be his QB as long as he is coach of the Jets and GM Mike T has said the same thing, what this does is kill the negative talk about Sanchez and boost his confidence knowing he is wanted and will be the starting QB for at least the next 5 years...Im all for it, Sanchez has only led us to 2 AFC Championship games in his first 3 seasons and has statistically improved in EVERY season...LONG LIVE THE SANCHIZE!!!!! and i really hope that Manning signs with the Dullfins,that way when the Jets come out on top of the AFC East next year it will show everybody just how good they really are and the AFC East will be reffered to as the toughest division in the NFL once again...having to beat Brady AND Manning is gonna be fun to watch...GO JETS!!!

why is Manning a "washed up bum?"..and the extension doesn't mean Sanchez will be the starting QB for "at least the next 5 years"..prior to the 11-12 season Manning signed a 5 year/90 mil extension and then never played a game after that


and it doesn't bother you that in Manning's worst statistical season, his rookie year, his qb rating was 71...Sanchez's career rating is 73

well maybe i was a bit over-extatic at the news that the Jets were not trying to get Manning, considering that Manning has question marks about his health I am overjoyed that the front office put a stop to the "Manning to the Jets" speculation and gave Sanchize a nice boost of confidence while doing it...HATERZ GON HATE

Is that since he has played or just last year? Cause I bet every QB that played the pats D last year played well since their D sucked..... Not trying to take anything away from sanchez, but it was well known last season how bad the pats D played especially their pass D.

thats for his career games vs them ( 7 games totals )....

as far as Sanchez needing confidence goes, its not that he needed it but rather the organization was just giving him thier endorsement stamp or some shit like that, just to let him know in case he had any doubts about his career as starting QB for the Jets, believe me, the last thing any player needs is to have the feeling your club doesnt want you, in this case the Jets showed Mark they love him

My guy Mark Sanchez has statistically improved in every season he has played, lets wait and see if Scam improves next year.
