Trading with the Jags? What are you giving them Kuechly? and your next 2 first rounders?
next 2 5th rounders and Melvin White. Dave Gettleman has a way with words

I would love to see a ricky williams trade that I am old enough to remember

"The Saints are giving the Redskins their 1st..2nd..3rd...4th..5th..6th..and..7th round selections in exchange for the Redskins' 1st round selection"

EDIT: *Breaking NEWS* - Every single NFL team will be taking a QB in the 1st round <- this predraft talk, jesus

So what is everyone doing tonight? I am making a food run and going to really pig out. Chips, dip, etc.
Just vegetate in front of my TV while athletes wear suites

Mallet to the Texans? There are reports saying it could happen.

New England has to do something with him. Might mean their looking at another QB to develop for when Brady decides to hang em up. (Or repeat what they'll do with Mallet, trade him, then draft a different developmental QB)

Ok, So I think Bridgewater is the luckiest mother fucker in this draft so far. Like, you are going to have AP, Paterson, Jennings, and Rudolph as your RB, WRs, and Te. A pretty good, mike zimmer coached, defense. Not to mention, a division full of pretty lax defenses, Lions ain't got pass coverage, Bears got no run defense, and Packers ain't got no run defense.

It looks like he may...may...have a pretty good year barring any real set backs, injuries, hold out, mental blocks, etc.

I am really excited to see him play in purple now.

I was thinking that but they drafted his brother way back in the day. That would be a interesting story lol

Alright since Browns isn't here.

This is like the movie draft day, just backwards.

Movie: Browns trade three first round picks to move up to 1, then trade 3 second round picks to move up to 6 or something like that. #1 overall was suppose to be the QB because the owner wanted him. GM passes on QB takes best defensive player, trades back up to get the 6th pick, trades with Seattle to move down one spot and get all their 1st round picks back, then takes a RB, again passing on the #1 QB.

Real life: Trade back, trade up, draft a cb, trade up draft falling QB.
Even Kevin Costner knew not to draft the QB that everyone "loved."

We're drafting a Wide Receiver. I just feel it. Gonna neglect the defense some more. Sad

my jets draft grade thru 3 rounds = C+

1st round we get a HUGE need Safety and personally the best in the draft with calvin Pryor, this guy is LaRon Landry 3.0..hes gonna take a few heads off this year, bank it.

2nd round we take TE Jace Amaro..i like the pick but i dont think it was needed because we have Jeff Cumberland who is VERY underated..i hope im wrong and Amaro lights it up.

3rd round CB Dexter McDougle..seriously? we really needed Moncreif here and he was available..McDougle isnt jumping off the screen at anyone, especially with his oft injured ass, a terrible reach in the 3rd, its not that i dont like Mcdougle, its just that we have more pressing needs elswhere.

No, I love the Amaro pick. I personally felt he was the best TE in the draft. I wanted us to take him at 18 but the fact he is a 2nd round TE, love the value. He is a great all around TE, he doesn't do 1 thing the best in the draft (Ebron the best athleticsim, C.J. the best blocker, etc) but he does everything well. I watched every TTU game this season and Amaro has tons of starting experience, tons of experiences with a NFL route tree and running routes, absolutely brilliant hands, and great body control. You will absolutely love this guy when you see him in action puppets

the Dexter McDougle pick was a weird one. Mayock said "wow, he was barely on my board" but you never know. Only knock on him is his injuries so maybe someone knows something we don't.

The Pryor pick I am so-so on. I like the player, I just hate where he was picked. He isn't a top 20 safety, I think we could have traded back a few picks and got him no problem but you know, if you like someone, you take them. I like the player but where he was selected was a reach.

when looking at the WRs available when we picked at 18, there were none worthy, im happy with the Pryor pick, he BIG and physical unlike Clinton dix...Amaro i actually mocked to the Falcons at #6 in a different forum draft so i am sorta happy with our value there but cant understand why we just dont give Cumberland more of a shot and throw him the ball more often, Cumby runs a 4.4 forty and is 6'4 260lbs, the dude is a monster, lets get him the ball...i have read some good stuff on Mcdougle but not enough to warrant that pick while Moncreif is sitting there

cumberland doesnt run a 4.4 you lunatic. he is fast, can block, but is a shitty route runner, shitty hands, and horrible body control. He is a blocking TE, Amaro is a game changer and can give the offense a legitimate fucking threat.

I am interested in how tomorrow will go. 9 picks and a lot of good names left on the board.

My Panthers grade through 3

B--(yes 2 minuses)

Round 1: Kelvin Benjamin, I didn't like it at first, woulda rather had Lee but I slept on it and when I woke up I realized how big this nigga is and I was like aight. Found out he had a been a panther fan since Cam came so thats cool.

Round 2: Kony Ealy, Man I'm tight about this pick. Allen Robinson was there for us man. And we picked a mother fuckin D-End. Nigga what? With all that said I think he'll be a good rotation player for us this year and  starterfor us once we have to get rid of Hardy or Johnson next year.

Round 3: Trai Turner, I like this pick. Simple O linemen pick, think he was the second guard on Mayocks board. Should be a day 1 starter

Not a flashy second day for us like I hoped but I think these guys we'll be good for us

I like Seattle's picks so far. Surprise right? lol.

If Paul Richardson can bulk up and still be fast then he could be a fantastic pick.

I like the Britt pick too. A bit of a reach but we all know reaches tend to turn into pro bowlers with Pete and John. People often forget the Hawks have Tom Cable as the OL/Asst Head coach and have two very capable young OL men in Bowie and Bailey. Personally i think they'll go with Okung-Bailey-Unger-Sweezy-Bowie. Not star studded but decent. If none of them get injured it could be a pretty good OL. Bowie and Bailey both played really good in limited roles last season. Sweezy is a bit iffy and Okung had surgery on his foot so there are concerns with him too.

But any thing can happen. After all the current Super Bowl MVP was drafted in the seventh round.

Where we at?? The circus. Laughing

I started this draft thinking we was gonna go with 5 def players and 3 off players. So far 3-1 def.

I like the Mosley pick cuz I remember a lot of teams gahing us up the middle and the man is also a great sideline to sideline tackler. Just no comparisons to Ray Lewis please. Not sure about Jernigan. The man played a 3 gap technique in a 4-3. Starting to wonder if we're converting back to 4-3 or gonna try him at 3-4 DE. Brooks was good pickup in the 3rd. He'll go into battle for the FS position. Gilmore was the blocking TE we needed.

Jeff Cumberland 4.4. Wowwww!!

Jaguars having a good draft

Bortles, Marquis Lee, and Allen Robinson

Giving Bortles 2 weapons to team up Cecil Shorts and Blackmon who will probably get suspended. But still good for them. Got some good free agents that came in. Jags might actually be ok

Bruh wtf is we doing.

Drafted Safety Tre Boston in the 4th, I'm like ok...whatever sure

Next round we traded up all the way to 8th i'm like Fuck yes we making power moves. Draft mother fuckin CB Bene Benwikrere(sp?) out of San Jose St. Who tf is this? I have no idea. I'm like whatever maybe he's good our corners suck we'll get receiver or linemen in the next round.

Last pick we take a mother fucking running back. Mother fucking Tyler Gaffney? Are you shitting me? We must want to get rid of Deangelo or Stewart (maybe both we did draft Kenjon Barner last year) but what the fuck we going to do with a running back right now.
